Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Standard delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days, depending on the carrier.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

• If your package is lost, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
